랑데뷰, 한서정공과 스마트 농업 기술 협력 위한 MOU 체결

자율주행 스마트팜 로봇을 개발하는 ㈜랑데뷰(대표 박주홍)가 농기계 및 특장차 제조 전문기업 ㈜한서정공(대표 홍석봉)과 전략적 업무협약(MOU)을 체결하고, 농업의 자동화와 무인화를 본격 추진한다. 이번 협약은 농기계 하드웨어 분야에서 강점을 가진 한서정공과, 자율주행 및 로봇 제어 기술을 보유한 랑데뷰의 협력을 통해 스마트팜 산업 전반에 걸친 구조적 혁신을 이끌어내기 위한 것이다.

양사는 자율주행 농기계의 공동 개발과 상용화를 핵심 목표로, 기획부터 개발, 현장 테스트, 마케팅, 해외 수출까지 전 주기에 걸친 협력 체계를 수립할 예정이다. 특히 랑데뷰가 최근 출시한 반자동 방제 로봇 ‘FARMILY-X S300’과 같은 스마트팜 기기에 한서정공의 산업용 기계 플랫폼이 결합되면, 기존 제품 대비 내구성과 실용성 면에서 월등한 경쟁력을 갖출 것으로 기대된다.

이번 협약을 통해 양사는 단순한 기술 제휴를 넘어, 제품 생산 및 영업 전략을 통합하고, 스마트 농업 장비의 대량 보급을 위한 실질적 인프라를 구축할 방침이다. 동시에 농업 현장의 작업 데이터를 수집하고, 이를 기반으로 한 맞춤형 기술 고도화도 추진할 계획이다.
